Finding Apartment Buildings
Hello All,
I am very curious as to everyone's approach to finding apartment buildings for sale. Do you approach a realtor? Is there some sort of MLS apart from the traditional Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com? I live in the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, & CT) and since I've been doing pretty well with SFR's I may look to do an upgrade/transition.
Thanks to anyone who helps! =)
