Central Jersey Multi Families

Hello,

My name is Pete, I am new to BiggerPockets and to property investment.  I have been listening to the Podcasts and started reading a few books about investing.  In the meantime, I am in the process of refinancing my single family home and will take cash out to invest in a multi-family home.  My question is, what are the best / profitable areas around central jersey for multi-family homes to invest in?
