I'm in need of a mentor.

Hello group, I'm Tamaria and I live in Minot, ND. I'm active duty Air Force, debt free and I'm looking to invest in rental property in Memphis. I have never owned a home because I've been overseas for more than 14 years. I still have more than 3 years possibly 7 years on active duty. Before I retire I want to own at least 3 houses, paid in full. I have a ton of questions but I want to run it past an experienced person before I make any moves. I have read a ton on rental investment so I have the basics but I would like to bounce it off another person. Any help/assistant is greatly appreciated!
