Agents and Contractors in Grays Harbor Area

Hello All, I live in Vancouver WA and am looking at properties in the Aberdeen/Hoquiam areas. I have spoke to a few PM to get an idea on rents for this area. I am looking for a couple of real estate agents and a couple of contractors to do SFH and / multi family home rehabs. I plan on holding the properties and renting out as passive income.
