Seller Scenarios
So I have some bandit signs that I am designing and ready to put out. My question is what kind of sellers should I expect to be hearing from? I'm assuming there are basically two types owners those with equity (distressed homeowners) and those without equity (typically short sale sellers). Anything else i'm missing? I guess my question is on the finer point of things the best way to respond to different scenarios.
