Refinance on Investment Co-op

Hello Everyone,

I currently own a Co-op which is currently rented.  I would like to cash out refinance but the first two banks I went with denied it due to it being an investment.  Any advise on lenders who do cash out refinance on an investment co-op?  Thank you all
