Investing with little capital

Hi, Tyler Mocreia here. Im new to Bigger Pockets so bare with me.

Im very interested in having a rental property or even flip houses. This would be a full time job for me. My question is " Can I purchase a property with little capital?" (I say this because I am only 20 years old and only have a few thousand.)

Background: I have a few years of experience fixing homes. (Such as HVAC, plumbing, Carpenter work etc...) I also do car sales and I'm in the stock market.

Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
