Broker fees
I own a 4 unit apartment house and a commercial real estate investment advisory firm has approached me stating they have a buyer (a client of theirs) that is interested in buying the apartment house. My question is "are there any fees I am responsible for" and if so what is typical. This transaction is new to me and any advise would be appreciated.
