Need plumbing advice on 2nd story plumbing in floor

Hey Bp, so we ripped out the old drain line in the 2nd floor tub and shower.  Going back in with pvc the p-traps are hanging lower than the ceiling one the first floor, check out the pics.  It hangs too low for us to hang sheet rock on the ceiling.  How do you get around the low p-traps?  My pic is rotated and the ceiling is on the left?
