DFW - Not my area and deal to small
I may have a deal that I'm not 100% I'll do.
Reasons:
- Not an area I'm currently investing in.
- Property value not in my investing range.
Here's the deal;
Property Location: Terrell, TX
Property Info.: 3/1 approx. 1100 SF, .28 ac
ARV: $55-$60k
Purchase Price: $35-$37k
Rehab Cost: $5-$7k (I have my guy looking at it now)
Rental Rates: $700-$900 (per Seller)
Property Taxes: $1800/yr (Estimate)
If anyone is interested, let me know and maybe we can work out a deal. Also, the guy I have looking at for repairs, does the repairs on my properties.
