Hi All,

How do you all feel about these areas i have seen a ton of cheap homes in the Cleavland and Flint area. im not sure if these are good investments or not and trying to think on how these markets are going to recover over the next few yrs.

Thanks for the input

Flint is near and dear to me!

That's where I buy 90% of my properties. I've mentioned it several times - I haven't been able to find a place that cash flows better than Flint. Two weeks ago I picked up a 2/1/basement for $4000 and have it rented for $425.

I will warn you: filling vacancies can take a while longer, but if you're dilligent, there are still plenty of great tenants in the Flint area.
