Title fees and surveyoy fees in Queens NY.

I'm buying my first house and need to get a title search and a survey. The house is in Queens NY, 2 Family 852k with 20% down. What's a reasonable title fee to be paying and same question regarding a surveyor? Thanks ya'll!

PS. If you know of a good surveyor for low price please refer them!
