Commission rates for Pasco and Pinellas investors.
Looking for sellers in the Pasco Pinellas County area that are tired of paying the normal 6% commission rate to their Realtor. Wouldn't it be nice to save a little more money when selling that flip property. As a fellow investor and Realtor, I am willing to offer commissions from 3 1/2% to 4 1/2%. This could potentially save you thousands as well as put your property in front of thousands of potential buyers in the MLS. That beats that yard sign anytime. What do I gain from this? I get to meet actual investors who have been there and done that.
