Hey everyone, I am just looking to get some feedback from an area in Dayton, Ohio that I have been presented a partnership on a deal. I am not too familiar with the market but as I do my research I think getting some feedback from some of the investors and wholesalers in the market could help me figure out if this deal is worth getting into. I don't want to find myself in an area of town that Is a war zone and could pose huge problems for me in the near future. The area in which I am looking into right now is in the zip code 45402.
