Could someone walk me through some positives and negatives with a section 8 deal?

Some information 

4 unit bldg. All units are occupied with the tenants intention to continue living in the units.

1: Sect 8 -  517 / Tenant 313

2: Sect 8 - 513 / Tenant 147

3: Sect 8 - 753 / Tenant 65

4: Sect 8 - 318 / Tenant 232

Taxes roughly $2.857 per year

Maint Fee 745/Monthly 

Mortgage payment roughly 800-950 with PMI

What additional expenses should I factor in?
