Options on buying
Hi everybody , I've found. A good investment property . I'd rather rent and keep it long term. It also has the good potential to flip. But my strategy is buy and hold. My questions is my options on buying it. I own a two family now and I am coming up on my one year. But the bank says I'm to close with my numbers bc they don't see the rents as income till the 1 year mark. What's are my options? Thanks
