Cash Flowing Rentals for Out of State Investors

Hey BP,

I am looking for out of state and in state investors who are looking to purchase cash flowing rental properties. I am located in North Carolina. I come across deals in Raleigh/Durham, NC as well as High Point/ Greensboro, NC.

Some of the properties I come across already have long term tenants inside. So I just want to see if anybody on here is looking for cash flowing rentals.

If so PM me your contact information so I can send you the cash flowing rentals or any potential rental property.

Thanks
