Looking for "boots on the ground" in Palm Beach/Broward Counties

I'm a successful wholesaler in Ohio and am looking to add additional markets. I've decided to expand to Broward and Palm Beach counties in S. Florida. I'm in town this week and hoping to connect with someone that could become my "boots on the ground" to take pictures, evaluate properties, estimate repairs, pick up executed contracts, build a buyer's list, etc. All training and support will be provided.
