bp community , I will be going to my first foreclosure sale beginning of October just to observe and get a feel for it. However I would like to purchase properties from a sale in the near future, but have read many horror stories lol. Mainly because of lack of due diligence.. my question is would getting an O&E report on a prospect property be the best route to take? At the local reia the speaker once mentioned a title company that will do them for 25$. Any thoughts? Thanks!
