Buying a house

hey guys, I'm new to buying a house and was looking to understand the steps a little bit.

I'm trying to buy a cheap house for cash ~ 10K and fix it up and try and flip it.

What are my steps to buying a house, I understand I need to pay a title company to check for liens and all that jazz, and make a contract. Other than that what other closing costs and steps do I need to do?

Thank you
