Best strategies to negotiate another $2,000 from seller?
I Have a house under contract. After doing more detailed analysis, if I could get the seller to kick in another $2,000-$4,000 the deal would likely work.
Any suggestions on how best to do this?
I may just walk away from the deal but want to at least try.

First, don't try to force the numbers to work. Did something change from your initial analysis that it doesn't fit your criteria anymore? If you discovered something, bring it up to the seller and ask for a credit/price reduction.
