Land investing- How to evaluate a deal
Hi everyone,
I have an extremely motivated seller trying to get rid of a commercial lot (over 26,000 SQ FT). The land is very close to a main street and next to a school. I'm clueless on how to evaluate these type of deals. Can anyone point me towards the right direction (Books or any resources where I can learn more about this)?
The land is in a suburban area close to Chicago. Thanks in advance.
