Getting RE license?
Being a real estate agent first.
I know being licensed and having access to the MLS is quite valuable.
But is it worth the time and money to get it?
And how easy/hard is it to be an agent?
I'm already a part time entrepreneur so I'm used to long hours and writing my own check.
Any life experience advice from anyone?
