How do I find the owner of a condemned house?
A home right up the street from mine has been deemed condemned. I'd like to find the owner of the home whose residence is currently listed as the condemned home. Any suggestions?

I just bought one in similar circumstances a block away from me last month! Did all the usual stuff, found the owner on the county assessor's site, sent the owners mail (out of state owners, PO Box)..no response. Tried a couple people search sites to find the owner/relatives and tried to find them on social media..no luck.
Ya know what worked? I stopped and talked to one of the neighbors, and guess who handed me the owners current phone number? Deal closed a week later.
Technology is great, but sometimes finding deals is as simple as getting out and talking to people!
Good luck on your hunt!
