Turnkey Properties
I was wondering if there were any companies that provide turnkey rentals with cashflow that an investor could purchase with a line of credit or hard money and after the property is rehabbed and has a tenant. The investor could then cashout refi( 70%LTV) to get his capital back to repeat the process.
If anyone has done this with a turnkey provider or knows of any please let me know.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
