Conveyed but unwanted furniture after closing

Hey y'all.  I closed on a property that I am rehabbing to put back on the short term vacation rental market in Port Aransas, TX.  The property conveyed fully furnished but I am going to upgrade.  What do y'all do with the leftover furniture?  I know of FREE on craigslist and Goodwill.  Just looking for other suggestions...
