Locating properties
Hello BPF,
I am a new REI investor and I am hungry for the right information to keep me moving forward in my business. I am from the Baltimore, MD area and I am looking for buy and hold deals and also SFR in the Baltimore area. My question is, once I locate a property that I am interested in, what is the next step? Do I contact the seller and let them know I am interested in the property and what is their reason for selling? And how much do they want for the property ? (hearing the sellers needs first). Now once I have all that information and view the home, does the contractor decide how much the repairs will be or do I come here to BP and use the calculator for the property?
