Philadelphia, Help with running comps

I am newbie to wholesaling. I was hoping to find an agent or an experienced wholesaler who would be willing to help me run comps with MLS. I have properties that can be put under contract but I want to run the proper comps to make sure it is a good deal. If it is a good deal, I would also like help with the contract process. Please help.

@Kuba F. Thanks for that. And I thought I stated that when I made my post. I plan to split the profits for any deal that is closed. I should probably repost that with that in there.
