Jack and Jill bathroom

Hi, 

I'm looking into investing a 3/2 SFH that currently has one bathroom in the master and one bathroom that is a "Jack and Jill" bathroom shared by the remaining two rooms.

While personally I have no particular opinion on this type of design for the bathroom, I thought I'd check with people here to see if there might be any downside for such layout. eg. will it make the property less desirable from an appraisal POV or it doesn't really matter?
