203k In San Diego

Does anyone have experience with a 203K investment property in San Diego, Ca? I'm interested to hearing your stories and how it turned out. I'm looking into opportunities to invest in a multi-family zone property to increase the number of units for buy and hold. With the high lending limit of FHA for a 4 unit zoned property, it seems like a great opportunity to invest with low money down.

Thanks!

Michael

still actively working on it, it really is a nightmare but if you find the right property to get into, and you are on top of your game for the underwriting process, it's the cheapest, best loan out there.
