GAP funding? Anyone know of good sources to work with?

I have several clients that need GAP financing from time to time. Whether it be the need for rehab money... down payment money ... or holding costs, sometimes they do need some extra capital. I know there are people out there that are GAP financiers. If someone could put me in touch with them I would really appreciate it.
