How to pre sell home
I'm finishing up a massive renovation of a very nice home in Bellevue, WA, a "satellite" city of Seattle. I've never pre sold a property before or even attempted to pre market a property. I have my real estate license so I know there a rules around when I can put a for sale sign up and what not but I wouldn't mind beginning to market this home a week or two before it's done. Any ideas?
