Investor to fund and drive fix/flip?
Without going into a lot of detail, I'm looking to sell my primary residence. There are updates needed in order to maximize value. My question is simple, are there fix/flip investors willing to fund and drive this type of a project for a % at closing?
In other words, fix/flip is not my profession, nor do I care to deal with it. Does this exist? Where would I find such investors? Obviously there are lots of variables, but what type of % might an investor want in order to take on such a project?
