Assist established Real Estate investor in the DC Area

All,

I am looking for an experienced Real Estate Investor (Bought and Sold more than 10 properties)  that I can assist in business in the DMV area. My goal is to provide as much support as they need, to help grow their business. I am currently working P/T for a real estate company in DC as a leasing agent, so I have a great sense for rent in this area and the up and coming neighborhoods that may have potential deals. My education and work experience is in construction management and civil engineering, so I have a different perspective in this real estate business.

Ultimately, I would like to help someone and also have the benefit from learning myself.
