Buy and Hold One Sheet Examples.

Hello everyone,

I'm super analytical and therefore am desperately seeking to look at some examples of a one sheet on a buy and hold type of purchase investment. If I can see the structure and breakdown I feel like I could rap my head around all of the minutia surrounding the numbers. This is my first post so therefore I'm feeling a bit intimidated and also eager to learn. 

I would appreciate any advice on this subject.
