Best way to invest in my mother's home to fix and flip it?
So my mother needed to move and I am going to fix and flip her home.
The house is paid off and in very bad shape.
Since I am putting my money in it, to fix it up.
How do I structure this deal to protect my investment and control of the deal and minimize tax.
Should I transfer to my name or just a contract or jv or something else?
What is my best option?
Thank you
