Rates about to rise, Buy option?

Disclaimer : I know no one can predict the future and this is mostly a discussion thread and hopefully fun.

Ok, so if you look at charts of bonds, there has been a clear technical breakout to the downside for bonds starting yesterday, which means yields (or rates) went up. Whats your take on rates? Are they ready to start rising? fast? 

Also would you buy at higher prices and lower rates OR lower prices and higher rates?
