Strategy Talk
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to start a discussion on real estate investing strategies. I think a lot of people start investing without one, or just don't know what might be an investment strategy.
I will start with my strategy:
Yr 1- Partner on as many flips as I can, build cash reserves. Partner on purchasing cash flowing properties to cover bills.
Yr 2- Continue partnering on flips, Do as many flips as I can Myself as well. Start to purchase my own rentals still focusing on cash flow, but get 3 SFR for appreciation and retirement cash exit.
Yr 3- Flip properties myself and with partners. Purchase more SFR for appreciation and retirement cash exit
Yr 4- Flip properties myself and with partners. Purchase more SFR and cash flow properties
And so on.
I am curious to hear what others are doing to achieve their dreams! We can also discuss more detailed strategies like how do you purchase, How do you sell, what niche market have you found, etc
Whether your in New Jersey, South Jersey, Central Jersey, Philly, or Colorado, Florida, or Georgia lets hear your thoughts!
