How to raise finance as a foreign national

Hey,

So my question as a new member is what are the chances of getting a lender to offer a 75% loan on a $1 million multi family property in Florida for around 4.5%.

We have previously invested in many single family properties in the UK and have over €1 million in property. We also have a US LLC set up ready.
