I have a question about pricing my home. Ive been doing comps and comparison for my House and around my neighborhood. Average price is between 500-580k. But most of house is dated and my investment propoerty is the only house that has everything updated like granite hardwood floors inground pool and an inlaw house . Located in stoughto ma. Roughly about 7 br 5.5 bathroom. Any thoughts on what price i should price this investment home.
