Hello, My name is Frederic Polynice. I am a Realtor. I was working as a middle school science teacher for 2 years but have shifted to doing real estate full-time. My family is successful in real estate investing, but I currently don't own any investment properties, YET. I currently manage an 8-unit privately owned apartment building along with 3 other separate units.
