Re:closing costs
I've been reading everything about everything for a long time. One thing I still cant figure out how Im going to solve. Im interested in some small multifamily mix use in some areas. NOI wouldn't be more than $40,000 and after financing would be maybe $25,000. Im realizing that closing costs can be $20,000. If so, how does one make profit in that year?
(If its a stabilized property!)
(Should I not have a lawyer or mortgage broker?)
