Hello Everyone, My name is Rob and I'm looking to get my feet wet in buy and hold real estate investing. I have studied may aspects of this for several months and now I'm looking to actually use some of it. I have found a perspective deal on a 2 family house. I live in the north west corner of CT. I was wondering if anybody on here from CT had any recommendations on accountants in the state that have experience with real estate investing. The other questions I have is I am looking for some reference material on seller financing. I would like to put together some information to present the seller of this property.
