Exit Strategy for rental house with tennant

I am currently seeking information on how to sell my rental house in Cleveland Heights.

The house is in a LLC, paid off completely, tenant has 3 more years on rental agreement, property manager in place.

Do I just get an agent and put the house up for sale? I am completely out of my depth. Any help will be most appreciated!
