So i'm wanting to know what I should do. I currently own a home that I live in . I have roughly $50,000 in equity in this home. I want to start purchasing rental units. But how should i go about it? Should i sell the home i'm living in now and buy a duplex and live in one half? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
