inherited at hoarder's house....homeowner's insurance hit?

Hi BP buds! My friend just inherited a somewhat hoarder's house, (large attic and basement are pretty full to the brim), and I'm wondering if he'll take a hit when the homeowner's insurance inspector comes soon. He doesn't know if he's going to sell or hold yet. He's not moving very fast on cleaning it out.
