"The Big Short" film on Netflix
Greetings,
Have anyone seen this film? My husband and I watched it and it was a good film. It basically gives a history lesson on what took place with the financial crisis over mortgages in 07/08. We are new to the real estate business and was just curious of other people in the industry take on the film. The ending eluded to the possibility of it happening again in the future. I surely hope not but who knows. Ethics/fraud was the theme of the film.
