Obtaining contracts in PA

I was wondering if there are any title companies around the Philadelphia, Montgomery county area that will provide a PA purchase and sales agreement, or assignment contracts for wholesaling at a fair price if they know I will be doing business with them? I got a quote from an attorney for these standard documents, total cost $800. I would much rather use that money for marketing considering the amount of sellers I need to talk to before getting any offers accepted. However I do not want to lose out on a deal if I don't have enough time to get my documents in place. Any advice on this? Thanks Zach
