Need Help!! New to investing
Hey Guys,
I am glad to be a part of Bigger Pockets, seems like a great entryway to getting started and becoming more financially free. I am a real estate agent in the Washington DC/Bethesda, MD areas and am starting to get into the investing side. I just purchased my first 3 bed 3 bath condo in the city and am currently cash flowing around $550/month. Feeling pretty good... But I want more. So I have a few questions:
1.) As a landlord, any advice on how to keep cash flow/security deposit? Create a new account? I know you do not want to spend all of the cash flow immediately due to saving for capital expenditures.
2.) I have all of this access to great off market deals, in good areas but I don't have all the capital I need to purchase these. How do I get the finances? Or if you have investors what is the best way to "write up the deal?"
Any help is great. Thanks so much and I am looking forward to the future ahead!
