Need partner in Arizona, Florida or california
Hi I'm Julie:
I'll keep it brief. Got some cash from a start up, but not enough to retire. Looking for experienced partner. Been reading like a mad dog, seems multi family is the smart move. I'm based in Phoenix area, but would like to end up in San Diego some day sooner than later. Have repair skills Hvac, appliance repair, plumbing, flooring sort of you name it I can probably get it done.

@Julie Beck You will attract the good and the bad .... just make sure you understand what you are getting into .. spend time to read and understand before you spend money .. ask questions here and you will get helpful answers .. Go to local RE meetings and network .. just don't tell everyone that you have money and seeking partners ... Good luck with your investing
